The antagonist in the 2014 Marvel hit, Ronan the Accuser is the galactic (thinly veiled) racist who sets out to wipe out the Xandarians. A genocidal kree fanatic, he joins forces with the ultimate evil Thanos to wipe out the Nova Core. Betraying Thanos he steals an infinity stone for himself and becomes all powerful. Working closely with Gamora before her betrayal of Thanos, then her adopted sister Nebula, Pitting himself against the combined power of the Guardians of the Galaxy he eventually falls, but not before almost destroying the lovable loot that is Groot. Played by Lee Pace, this blue alien is assured to have a rocking voice and expressive character depth. Rocking crazy colored skin, a kick-butt sledge hammer and a crazy god complex, Ronan is an awesome cosplay option.
