Mr. Freeze, real name Victor Fries is an iconic main super villain and adversary in the DC Batman comic franchise. Created by the legendary Bob Kane, David Wood and Sheldon Moldoff, he first appeared in the comic Batman number 121 published in 1959. Originally a normal human and cryogenics research scientist he became physiologically dependent on his cryogenic suit after suffering a workplace accident. Trying desperately to save his terminally ill wife, Nora Fries, he will stop at nothing to continue his research on cryogenics and suspended animation. Described as endearing, he makes up part of the villains showcased in Batman’s rogues gallery.
Creating your own Mr. Freeze costume will be a little difficult due to the number of items needed. Primary costume items include his iconic cryogenic helmet and silver/blue bodysuit.
