When Dr. Hank Pym tries to create Ultron as a force for good, he is soon betrayed by his own creation. Ultron then tries to create a type of android called a “synthezoid” to be used against Pym and Ultron himself is also betrayed by his own creation. The android takes on the name the Vision and becomes one of the most powerful members of the Avengers with the ability to shapeshift, change density, fly, regenerate and possess super speed, strength and intelligence. The Vision ultimate helps his new comrades in defeating Ultron and becomes romantically involved with fellow Avenger Scarlet Witch. In the film Avengers: Age of Ultron, the Vision’s origin is changed as it revealed that Tony Stark is the creator of Ultron who intends to use the Vision as a replacement body until J.A.R.V.I.S. seizes control of the android first.
