Wanda Maximoff also known as the Scarlet Witch is the sister of Quicksilver and the daughter of X-Men super villain Magneto. She is a powerful mutant with the ability to alter reality in unspecific and volatile ways. Scarlet Witch’s character has a long history in Marvel since her creation by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1964. Her character started off in the X-Men series and eventually joined Captain America in the Avengers in the comic series.
