Gaining fans since her debut in Mortal Kimbat II in 1992, the Mileena Costume and character is now a widely recognized part of the Mortal Kombat universe. Originally created as a pallet swap of one of the earliest playable characters, Princess Kitana, her signature fighting moves and character origins have set her apart from the other characters. Progressing in the story line to be Kitana’s twin sister and arch nemesis, her one of a kind smile makes her a wonderful antagonist. As the plot reveals that she was created by their shared step-father Shao Kahn, the emperor of outworld, as an evil and twisted clone of Kitana, her talents as an assassin are passed along to Shinnok and Onaga. Her powers mirror Kitanas but with a twist of cannibalistic urges that she satiates with her opponents. Due to her conflicting motivations throughout the game series and general psychotic episodes, she was only moderately accepted by critics. Although with her statistics making her a strong fighter, she has appeared in several games and served as a boss level. Cosplaying with a Mileena costume can be perfect option for couples or in a group of Mortal Kombat characters.
