CC-2224 or more commonly known as “Cody” is the Clone Marshal Commander under Jedi Master General Obi-Wan-Kenobi. One of the only Clones featured in both the hit animated show Star Wars: Clone Wars and the live-action prequel trilogy, he is possibly the most popular clone of the Star Wars series. Designated the leader of the 7th Sky Corps, he also often had personal command of the 212th Attack Battalion. As a character he is described as a “competent” and “no-nonsense” soldier. Showing independent thought while being trained on the clone home planet of Kamino, he was selected for special training where he met fellow Clone Soldier and long-time friend CT-7567 or “Rex.” Although he did not fight in the first Battle of Geonosis, his skill was recognized by both General Obi-Wan Kenobi and General Mace Windu leading him to be selected for specialized ARC trooper Alpha-17 training. Customizing his own Arc Trooper armor, the modifications he made include the addition of a “bullet-shaped jetpack, a secondary comm antenna, a visor on his helmet, a pair of antennae on his helmet, enlarged shoulder pads, and a small stick-like tool in an armband on his upper right arm.” Completing the Alpha-17’s training he was selected to be part of the elite Squad Seven, where he and another Clone Soldier nick-named Odd Ball were given secondary control under Major Jorir. He would continue to fight in the Battle of Christophsis leading to helping General Skywalker and the 501st on Teth, Battle of Rishi moon, Battle of Ryloth, Battle of Felucia, confronting Cad Bane on the Black Stall Station, Second Battle on Geonosis, Battle on Saleucami, Defense of the Coronet, Rescuing Master Piell, Battle of Umbara, Battle of Kiros, and finally the Battle of Utapau. He was personally involved in the historic Order 66 and joined the first generation of Imperial Stormtroopers.
