Bishop, or full name Lucas Bishop, is a well-known member of Marvel’s X-Men. He is introduced as one of Charles Xavier’s Security Enforcers who is responsible for the protection of the students remaining of the Xavier institute in the dystopian future of the X-Men Marvel Universe. He was one of the main group of X-Men who traveled to the past and joined the X-Men. Adjusting to this new time of relative peace, he had been portrayed as an antihero, but of the main antagonists of the X-Men force.
As a character he has appeared in the popular X-Men animated series airing in the 1990’s. In the most recent live-action film he is portrayed by Omar Sy in X-Men: Days of Future Past circa 2014.
As a character Bishop gained recognition by being featured in the most recent X-Men movie, Days of Future Past. Sporting a long Maroon warp cape and giant plasma rifle, he was a fan favorite of the overwhelmingly positively received movie. Below we have compiled items needed to create both the classic black and yellow comic version of the Bishop Costume as well as the militarized movie version. Please note that when using scifi weapons as those seen with Bishop, it is often necessary to take nerf guns and paint them to the source weapons likeness. For this, we have added options of base nerf weapons and the paint necessary to create his classic black with a blue light plasms handguns and the modern black with red light plasma rifle.
