Apocalypse, real name En Sabah Nur, is a antagonist and super villain in the Marvel Universe. He is primarily seen in the X-Men franchise, as he is revealed to be a genetic mutant. Created by Louise Simonson and Jackson Guice, he is a relatively new character to the Marvel universe, first seen in the comic X-Factor number 5 published in May 1986. As a character he has been popular since his creation, with a massive spike recently with the announcement that he will be a main villain in the upcoming X-Men movie X-Men: Apocalypse, and will be played by Oscar Isaac in the 2016 release.
Creating your own Apocalypse costume will be a little difficult. By his nature, he is a massive hulking beast. We have provided a few costume options that will help you bulk up for this massive character. Primary costume items include either a gray or blue bodysuit (depending on the story arc), gray face paint, and armor/padding accessories. For the more classic version we have supplied the large “A” seen attached to the belt area of Apocalypse. Also for other classic versions we have included the darker blue tone bodysuit with a supplemental lighter blue bodysuit for sewing onto the lighter areas of the costume. Secondary costume items include shoulder/forearm padding and boots, paint provided.
