Superman Costume: The Story
Superman! His name can literally be considered its own statement. Rivaling Captain America in his patriotic color scheme, Clark Kent has been our favorite extra terrestrial for generations. Possibly cosplayed by every growing male between the ages of 3 and 5, this middle American farm boy has worked his destructive way into our hearts through several popular portrays. Possibly the most widely known, being the handsomely corny Christopher Reeves, times have been well to the red caped crusader. From several successful seasons of Smallville, to Zac Snyder’s lens flare cinematography Superman has flown in to rescue Metropolis from countless foes. Most recently portrayed by Henry Cavill, cosplayers were given new life in creating their own darker version of the blue suit and red logo in their own Superman Costume.
